HR-People First Consultancy was established in 2018 by Agata Mabena- an experienced HR specialist, to help companies like yours with the challenges of day-to-day Human Resources management.
At HR-People First Consultancy we provide professional and affordable HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of our Clients. We are a fully outsourced HR company for small and medium-sized businesses. Our support ranges from giving practical advice on all aspects of employment matters through preventing people’s problems to finding the best solutions in the following areas: Employment Law & Compliance, all stages of the Recruitment process, Contracts of employment, Disciplinary and grievance, Training and development, Redundancy management and more.

AGATA MABENA
Agata holds a BA in Business with French and a MA in Human Resources with Employment Law. She is Chartered CIPD Member. She has completed ‘Developing High Performance HR Business Partner and Consulting Skills’ course. She is certified ITA NLP Practitioner since 2015.
Agata has over 10 years of experience in providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in start-up firms as well as stable companies, specializing in small to mid-size organizations.
CRISTIANA DATCU
Cristiana is passionate about people and she puts their needs first. She is actively studying towards her CIPD.
She is determined to bring satisfaction and success to any Company. Cristiana has experience in customer service and administrative duties as well as the whole process of Recruitment.
In her free time, she enjoys a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with her family and friends.
AGNES KIM
Agnes has joined HR-People First in January 2020. Her 15-year experience in retail management, training and customer service has been invaluable in providing great ideas and advice in various Human Resources matters. With her hands on approach, she’s thriving in our company looking after compliance and immigration, while working on different projects customised to the needs of our clients. She is a hard worker who enjoys facing new challenges. In the free time she loves listening to music and spend time with her family.
ALICE LOFT
Alice joined HR-People First in March 2023. She brings with her a wealth of experience gained throughout the years within the hospitality industry, with her previous role as Head of People and Training for a small restaurant group operating out of the Turner Contemporary in Margate. She is currently studying towards an MA in Human resources and training. Alice loves swimming in the sea and looking after her 2 lovely cats.
